A man went into a job interview for a once-in-a-lifetime career opportunity, but with a 4-year gap in his employment history.
Interviewer: “You have interviewed extremely well and are absolutely qualified for this position, but I see that you have a 4-year gap in your employment listed on your resume. Can you tell me what that’s about?”
Guy: “Well, I was at Yale for those four years.”
Interviewer: “Wow, excellent! We will be in contact with you as soon as we make our decision.”
Guy: “Please, I really need this job.”
