Touching Storm Ball

I'm touching the storm's balls"
The manager on the phone paused. "I'm sorry, can you say that again?" he asked his new immigrant worker.

"I...rub the storm...balls?" the man said, coughing.

Before the manager could reply, he heard noise on the line, then a younger voice.

"I'm so sorry, my dad's been learning English. He can't come to work today—he has a cold."

"Oh! That's fine. But...what did he mean by 'rubbing storm balls'?"

The kid laughed. "We were practicing common English phrases. He meant he's feeling under the weather.
